JWC is Jonny Wilde’s independent design business, based in Newton-with-Scales, England. For questions about your information, email jonny@j-w-c.com.

Getting in touch

The enquiry form prepares a message in your own email application. It does not submit your details to a website database. If you send the email, JWC uses your name, email address and message to respond and discuss your project. This is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or for JWC’s legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Information is kept as needed for the enquiry, any resulting work and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept analytics. It measures page visits, approximate location, device information, referral sources, email and phone link clicks, and when an enquiry is started. Starting an enquiry does not confirm that an email was sent. The custom contact events do not include names, email addresses, messages or other form values.

Analytics uses Google’s _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browser visits. This site requests a cookie lifetime of up to 180 days. Advertising consent remains denied, and Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website tag. Analytics may involve processing by Google outside the UK; see Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Your cookie choice

Your accept or reject choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days, solely to remember that preference. You can reopen the choice using “Cookie settings” in the homepage footer. Rejecting after accepting stops further analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this domain; it does not delete data already collected. The website works without analytics. This privacy page does not load Google Analytics.

Hosting and security

The hosting service may record technical access information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and timestamps to operate and protect the site. Fonts are hosted on this website. External client links take you to websites with their own privacy practices.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact Jonny using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
